Do be careful I believe Hello Fresh was in trouble for locking you into a full year (multi year) subscription kinda like Adobe. There are other services that are similar but when I did the math for my area it was much more expensive than grocery shopping for the same ingredients

Not the previous commenter but on mobile, a good few years ago I didnt block ads i didnt mind something skippable or a short interruption but they were just that very short and not in the way. I started going out of my way to block ads when they abused it

I know its late for this but you can also start with Urgent Care. With insurance it could be a fairly cheap copay. They will advise on what to do next. You could have something like the flu (i had the flu and it fucked me all sorts of up) and theyd just prescribe you some medicine and rest
